As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic HR Intern to assist in strengthening our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting HR operations.

Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about people management and HR practices, especially in the fast-growing healthcare and IT outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for medical coding, RCM, and support roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support:
• Help onboard new hires, ensuring they complete required compliance training and documentation.
• Prepare and manage employee files and records.
• Employee Engagement:
• Organize team-building activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in gathering employee feedback and implementing suggestions.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist in processing payroll and employee benefits.
• Policy Compliance:
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards like HIPAA.
• Assist in implementing and communicating updated HR policies.
• Learning and Development:
• Support training programs, including upskilling for medical coding staff.
• Coordinate feedback collection post-training sessions.

What We’re Looking For
• Education:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools (e.g., HRIS systems).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of medical coding or healthcare industry (optional but a bonus).
• Personal Attributes:
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Problem-solver with a proactive approach.
• Interest in employee engagement and HR operations.
